This Mosaic was created for the entrance to InterAmerican Magnet school by myself and Montserrat Alsina working with the 8th grade in 2007. The main floor theme was Earth/Tierra.

This Mosaic was created for the third floor at InterAmerican Magnet school by myself and Montserrat Alsina working with the 8th grade in 2007. The third floor theme was Sea/Mar. The mosaic was self-funded by selling tiles in shape of fish or leaves with student's names on them. I made those tiles. You can see the schools of fish name tiles below.

This mosaic was created by myself with the 6th grade class in 2008 during a residency for Art Resources in Teaching at Murphy public School in Chicago. This is a visual timeline of world art and cultures. We started with cave paintings of Europe, then Egypt, China, Greece and the Olmec of Central America.

Here is the first big mosaic I did, a bath surround (you can see I like undersea themes)

This is a panel at the end of the tub.
This is a large shower surround (120 sq. feet) I did for a private residence.
The panels move from Left to right. The wall curves and then abuts the water wall which has an (unfinished) niche in it.
